COPA is made by one person, and I answer every email personally.
Email support@copagame.comOpen Dream Team → The shop and tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the Get coins panel. Unfinished transactions are re-checked and credited automatically (each purchase is only ever credited once). Still missing? Email me with the App Store receipt and I'll sort it directly.
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by developers — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on my end, email me first and I'll help.
Your career saves automatically on your device — no account needed. Signing in (Apple on iOS, Google on the web) adds cloud sync so your squad, stats and coins follow you to any device. You can delete your account and cloud data any time from More → Delete account & cloud data.
If an opponent disconnects mid-match, hold on — the referee awards you the win automatically within about 75 seconds. If a match result looks wrong, email me with your club name and roughly when it happened.
Please tell me — bug reports from players are how COPA gets better every week. Include your device and what you were doing when it happened.
